- PURPOSE
Identify the best Unifight athletes in Europe across age and weight categories.
Strengthen international sports relations and facilitate the exchange of expertise.
Promote Unifight and expand participation across Europe. To develop the Unifight sports
system, we welcome independent clubs from all European countries.
Dates: June 18-22, 2025 - EVENT SCHEDULE AND VENUE
Location: Polovragi Resort, Romania
At the end of each competition day, boxing and kickboxing matches will be organized.

Team presentations will take place at Hotel Gorj, Eroilor Street, Târgu-Jiu, on June 18,
2025.
Teams traveling by plane or train must submit the attached forms (Annex 1 and Annex 2) by
June 1, 2025, to arrange transportation to the competition venue.

June 18 Credentials committee, weigh-in, draw (11:00 – 19:00). - Organizing Committee meeting (19:00 – 20:00).
- Opening Ceremony (10:00 – 11:00).
June 19 • Preliminary Light Unifight and Classic Unifight bouts (11:00 – 18:00). - European Unifight Federation Congress (13:00 – 14:00).
Visit to the Gate of the Kiss, Table of Silence, Endless Column, Târgu-Jiu. - Light Unifight and Classic Unifight bouts (09:00 – 18:00). June 20 Visit to Polovragi Monastery and Zamolxe’s Cave.
Light Unifight and Classic Unifight semifinals (09:00 – 18:00). June 21 Equestrian tourism, Cheile Olteţului.
Light Unifight and Classic Unifight finals (09:00 – 12:00).
Awards ceremony (12:00 – 13:00). June 22 - Closing Ceremony (13:00 – 14:00).

Notes:
Age is determined on the day of the competition. Athletes under 14 years are not eligible.
Delegations may include: 1 Federation Head, 1-2 coaches, 1 referee. - СОМPETITION RULES
The Unifight sports system consists of: - Obstacle Course (First Round):
Completed within a time limit.
Failure to clear an obstacle requires repeating the previous obstacle.
Time bonuses: +1 point for a 10-second lead; +1 point for each additional 5 seconds. - Ring Fight:
Light Section: Fights without strikes. Victory by +10 points or a clean throw.
- Classic Section: Full-contact fights (including ground fighting).
Round durations:
Boys/Juniors/Men: 2 rounds × 2 minutes (preliminaries); 4 rounds × 2 minutes
(semifinals/finals).
Girls/Women: 2 rounds × 1.5 minutes (all stages).
Victory Conditions:
Winning 2 out of 3 rounds (preliminaries), 3 out of 5 rounds, knockout, or rendering the
opponent incapacitated.
Early victory if the obstacle course lead exceeds 10 seconds or the opponent withdraws.
- DRESS CODE AND EQUIPMENT
Athletes: Red/blue kimono, gloves, helmets, soft-soled shoes, shin guards, mouthguards,
protective shells, tracksuits.
Referees: Black trousers, white short-sleeved shirts, black bow ties, black shoes/socks,
red/blue armbands.
Officials: Suit or formal attire. - AWARDS
Individual: Medals (gold, silver, bronze) and diplomas for the top 3 in each category.
Team: Cups for top teams based on points (1st: 8 points, 2nd: 5 points, 3rd: 3 points).
Mandatory: National or club flags and anthem (on CD/USB) for ceremonies.
3/6 - ACCOMMODATION AND FEES
Accommodation: Hotel Gorj***, Eroilor Street, Târgu-Jiu.
Double/Triple room: €60/day/person (includes 3 meals, daily round-trip
transportation to Polovragi Sports Hall, and Bucharest-Târgu-Jiu round-trip
transportation).
Single room: €90/day/person (includes 3 meals, daily round-trip transportation
to Polovragi Sports Hall, and Bucharest–Târgu-Jiu round-trip transportation).
Entry Fee: €100/athlete (covers participation in Light and/or Classic Unifight).
If participants opt for alternative accommodation, they must independently arrange their
own transportation (Bucharest-Târgu-Jiu round-trip), lodging, meals, and daily attendance at the
Polovragi Sports Hall. This choice must be explicitly indicated in Annex 2.
Travelling by bus from Bucharest to Târgu-Jiu takes about 5 hours. - APPLICATIONS AND DEADLINES

Delegations requiring a visa to enter Romania must notify the Romanian Unifight
Federation by June 1, 2025, submitting both annexed forms.
Required documents for competition registration:
Participant list, Annex 1 (team composition).
Copies of identification documents, original health insurance policies.
National anthem (digital format) and flags. - PROTESTS AND DOPING
Protest Fee: €100 (refunded if upheld). Protests must be submitted in writing per Unifight
Rules, with payment to the Referee Board.
